Due to the nature of minerals and to ensure safety and hygiene of the cosmetics and brushes/accessories, no returns are allowed on brushes/other accessories or cosmetics. Because returns are NOT accepted, please take advantage of our sample sizes of product to decide on a color before committing to a full-size.

By purchasing products from this site, you are agreeing to take a risk on buying any of our cosmetics & brushes/accessories without the benefit of handling the item.

Currently, please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and allow another 4-8 days for delivery depending on mail volume, weather, or holidays. ***All orders are processed between Monday through Friday afternoon; there will be no one available to answer emails and process orders on weekends.***

All U.S. & Canadian orders will be shipped FREE of charge via United States Postal Service. If you are interested in another shipping method, contact us at and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Don't forget that U.S. orders that total $75 or more get upgraded to Priority Mail Shipping!

International Orders (with an exception of Canada who has the same free shipping charge as U.S. orders) have a minimal shipping charge. Please read FAQ's for more info. Please note that we are not responsible for ANY customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will also NOT adjust the Customs Form to decrease any customs fee due (i.e. marking item as "Gift", decreasing the value of the products, etc.). You can make more than one order below your country's price limitations (i.e. Philippines, less than $50) but you will have to pay the shipping charge for each order since it will cost more to ship two separate packages versus one large package. (There is a CONSIDERABLE difference in price in some cases!)

Please let us know as soon as possible if your order is incorrect or damaged so we may take care of the issue. Make sure to save the damaged goods as well as the packaging that we may request for you to mail back to us (we'll pay for postage) as proof to our carrier so that we may be reimbursed should it be their fault.
